Coming together for the common good
Lynne Berry CBE said:
"I feel very honoured to receive this award, especially as it’s for my contribution to civil society and charity.
"The charities I’ve worked with such as Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, Breast Cancer Now or Welsh National Opera, all share a commitment to being there for everyone and to supporting people to thrive whether through active travel, medical research and clinical care or by transporting people to a world of creativity and imagination.
"And more than anything they are about doing things together for the common good."
