Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant you will be required to provide administrative support to delivery teams around the UK in both external and internal activities. As part of an Administrative team, this vital role works across all six of the Delivery Directorates and provides support to the allocated Delivery Directors as required

  • Contract: Fixed term etc.
  • Location: Hybrid – with the opportunity to work at any of the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust Hubs around the UK
  • Part time 22.5 hours per week – we are happy to talk flexible working
  • £24757 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the role

This is a fantastic chance to join the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, working within the Delivery Support Office team as our new Administrative Assistant.

As the Administrative Assistant you will be required to provide administrative support to delivery teams around the UK in both external and internal activities. As part of an Administrative team, this vital role works across all six of the Delivery Directorates and provides support to the allocated Delivery Directors as required

Responsibilities could include

·       Coordination of the day-to-day activities of the Delivery Directors

·       To directly deal with enquiries from the public and our supporters

·       To provide secretariat support for internal and external meetings

·       To keep the Charity's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other internal information management systems up to date.

About you

We ask that you have experience in the following areas:

·       Experience of providing administrative support

·       Experience of office management systems and procedures

·       Proven experience of prioritising workloads

·       Excellent IT literacy and keyboards skills

·       A calm professional manner
