Walk Wheel Cycle Trust is proud to be a Living Wage employer.
The ‘real living wage’ is set by the Living Wage Foundation (LWF). The organisation runs an accreditation scheme where organisations are committed to paying all staff and those in their network the Living Wage.

How we'll support you
Application and interview adjustments
We want to support you, so please let us know if you need any help.
Here are some examples of adjustments you can request:
- Application forms in a different format
- A copy of interview questions up to an hour in advance
- Access to your own notes and the ability to write notes during the interview
- Extra time for interview questions and tasks
- To ask interviewers to repeat questions
- For interviewers to type the interview questions in the chat box of virtual interviews
- For a British Sign Language interpreter

Please also note that all Walk Wheel Cycle Trust hubs are wheelchair accessible.
Workplace adjustments
If you secure a role with us, we’ll work with you to identify and implement reasonable adjustments to support your safety and wellbeing.
Current provisions include:
- Flexible working patterns
- Reduced hours
- Soft starts (gradually building up working hours)
- Gradual return to work after illness-related absence
- Specialised equipment provision
- Access to Occupational Health Professionals
- Redistribution of tasks to colleagues, where appropriate
- Software/IT support such as AccessAble, Audio Notetaker, Balabolka, Dragon, F.Lux, Grammarly, MagicUtilities, ReadAloud, Read&Write, See Through Windows, and Thistle Assistance
All employees have access to Office 365, which includes built-in accessibility tools such as text readers, dictation, transcription, and automatic accessibility suggestions for emails and documents.
The list above is not exhaustive. Adjustments will be considered individually and must be compatible with existing facilities and IT/software systems.
